Job summary

McWane Ductile is seeking a Receptionist/Sales Support Representative in New Jersey to manage customer inquiries, process orders, and assist with shipping coordination. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with internal departments to ensure a smooth order-to-delivery process.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, routing calls, entering sales orders in D365, and supporting documentation and literature.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in fast-paced shipping or logistics environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CRM systems, Sales LOGIX is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to appropriate departments.
• Monitor visitor sign-in and issue badges per company policy.
• Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and manage written communications.
• Support sales with clerical tasks including filing, scanning, and documentation.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring high service levels.
• Enter and review sales orders in Microsoft D365 and maintain accuracy.
• Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules with internal teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues timely and professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and confirm product availability.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security policies.
