Job summary

McWane Ductile New Jersey is seeking a Receptionist/Customer Service Rep to manage customer interactions, process orders, and support sales and shipping. The role requires accurate order processing, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, with pay between $22.00 and $24.00 per hour. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid vacation/holidays.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft D365 and CRM systems.
• Minimum of 2 years in shipping or logistics environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Sales LOGIX is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors and answer phones professionally.
• Monitor visitor sign-in and issue badges per policy.
• Manage written communications, letters, and emails.
• Support sales with clerical tasks and document prep.
• Enter and review sales orders in Microsoft D365.
• Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries with high service levels.
• Monitor product availability and inventory levels.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
