Job summary

McWane Ductile is seeking a Receptionist/Sales Support Representative in New Jersey to manage customer inquiries, process orders, and assist with shipping coordination. Job Description

The Receptionist/Sales Support Representative plays a key role in managing customer interactions, ensuring accurate order processing, and supporting the sales and shipping operations. This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries, entering and reviewing sales orders, coordinating shipping and delivery schedules, and assisting with product certifications and literature. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in communication, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with internal departments this role ensures a smooth sales process from order to delivery while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Pay Rate Between $22.00 and $24.00

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

• Support sales department with clerical tasks including filing, scanning, and document preparation.
• Respond promptly and effectively to all customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
• Accurately enter and review sales orders in Microsoft D365 system in accordance with established procedures.
• Coordinate shipping, including scheduling of loading and deliveries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and confirm product availability to meet customer demand.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and security protocols.
• Collect and distribute company mail as required.
