Job summary

Poolwerx Westfield & Noblesville, IN is seeking a customer-focused Front Desk Associate to warmly greet walk-in customers, answer calls, and schedule service appointments using Skimmer. You will handle Lightspeed POS transactions, maintain a clean storefront, and assist with water testing and product recommendations.

Training is provided and weekend hours may be required. The role emphasizes reliability, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to busy periods

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, retail, or scheduling roles.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Able to learn digital tools and systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and build rapport with a friendly, solutions-oriented approach.
• Answer phone calls, schedule service appointments using Skimmer, and manage dispatch needs.
• Handle POS transactions in Lightspeed, including sales, returns, and product lookups.
• Maintain a clean, organized storefront and keep it stocked.
• Provide support for water testing and guide customers through product recommendations.
