Job summary

Waterworks Aquatics is seeking a Customer Experience Expert for reception and on-site support. You will greet families, handle registrations, process payments, and guide families to the right lesson packages.

The role is active, requires weekend availability, and you’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We value empathy, reliability, and clear communication as you assist families and maintain a positive lobby experience.

Qualifications

• At least 17 years old with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; strong verbal communication and computer skills.
• Proficient typing (40+ WPM) and comfortable with basic POS systems.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Greet families in person and over the phone, serving as the welcoming face.
• Register new customers, schedule lessons, process payments, and manage accounts.
• Communicate clearly with families to help them choose lesson packages.
• Listen with empathy and find creative solutions for families' needs.
• Interact with children and families in a lively, fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe lobby by wiping surfaces, keeping floors dry, and restocking supplies.
