Poolwerx USA in Westfield, IN is looking for an Admin / Front Sales Desk Associate to greet customers, schedule service appointments, and process transactions at the front desk. This role supports water testing and product recommendations, with training provided.

You'll maintain a clean storefront, handle lightspeed transactions, coordinate with service technicians, and perform light administrative duties. Weekend hours and peak-season scheduling may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years experience in customer service, retail, or scheduling roles.
• Experience using Skimmer or Lightspeed is a plus—but not required.
• Tech-friendly and able to quickly learn digital tools and systems.
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and build rapport with a friendly, solutions-oriented approach
• Answer phone calls, schedule service appointments using Skimmer, and manage dispatch needs
