Emler Swim & Gym in Noblesville, IN is hiring a Front Desk Associate to greet families, enroll students, process payments, and support swim instructors. You’ll be the friendly first impression and help create a welcoming environment for young swimmers and their grown-ups.

You’ll work a set schedule including evenings and weekends, gain paid training, and have opportunities to cross-train as a swim instructor.

Responsabilités

• Greeting customers with a smile and helping them feel at home
• Managing student enrollments, processing payments, and keeping things organized
• Answering questions and supporting parents with lesson schedules and registrations
• Learning our swim curriculum so you can confidently guide families through the process
• Using creativity and empathy to solve customer challenges with a can-do attitude
• Working a consistent schedule that includes evenings and weekends
• Staying active on the job - you will be on your feet, moving, and occasionally lifting merchandise or equipment
