Job summary

solidcore is seeking a friendly, part-time Core Crew member to support front desk, admin, and sales tasks for the Head Coach & Community Manager. You will help deliver a top-notch client experience, assist with class bookings, and promote the [solidcore] brand with a professional, patient approach.

You will engage with clients, handle routine tasks, maintain product knowledge, and contribute to a positive studio environment while meeting monthly sales goals and supporting the team.

Qualifications

• High school education; some college preferred.
• Part-time hourly position.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move around the studio.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and communicate using the CORE acronym (C: welcome, O: connect, R: recognize, E: educate).
• Interact with clients to assess needs and address questions promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of studio retail products, class packages, and promotions.
• Perform routine client-facing tasks: new accounts, booking, purchases, and basic account needs.
• Keep clients informed about studio issues, events, or schedule changes.
