Job summary

solidcore is looking for an energetic, outgoing individual to join our Core Crew as a front desk and sales support specialist for the Head Coach & Community Manager. This part-time role offers flexible hours and the chance to earn sales commissions while promoting the studio and ensuring a positive client experience.

You'll handle class bookings in Axle, greet clients by name, promote CORE, and assist with daily operations and studio upkeep. If you enjoy fitness and customer service, apply today.

Qualifications

• High school education; some college preferred.
• Part-time hourly position with flexible schedule.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and move around the studio.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and use the client’s name to connect.
• Promote the CORE client experience and educate about offers.
• Assist with scheduling, bookings, and purchases in Axle.
• Respond to client inquiries and follow up on requests.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and support daily operations.
• Notify coaches of milestones and coordinate celebrations.
