Job summary

StretchLab Valencia in the Santa Clarita area is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven individual who is fitness-minded and community oriented. The Sales Representative will assist the General Manager with membership sales, book intro classes, and manage front desk duties while promoting our assisted-stretching services.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and the ability to meet monthly sales targets, with opportunities for growth into additional sales and management roles.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group sessions.
• Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system.
• Must be fluent in English with excellent communication via in person, phone and email.
• Must be able to stand or sit for up to 8 hours.
• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Book and confirm intro classes.
• Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio.
• Conduct tours of the facility and identify individual needs and wants.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads.
• Participate in events to promote the club.
• Ensure studio is clean and tidy; other duties as assigned.
