StretchLab Fremont is seeking an experienced Fitness Sales Associate & Ambassador to support sales and operations for our studios. The role covers 50% sales and 50% studio operations, including client check-ins, lead generation, and membership growth.

The ideal candidate will drive revenue through memberships and retail, collaborate with the studio owner, and maintain high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of fitness or membership sales experience preferred.
• Confident in generating personal sales.
• Ability to work independently and with the studio owner.
• Manage revenue streams from memberships to retail.
• Excellent communication and writing skills (in person, phone, email).
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.

StretchLab is seeking an experienced Fitness Sales Associate & Ambassador to support sales and operations for our beautiful, brand new studios located in San Jose, CA and Fremont, CA

Position

The ideal Sales Associate will be primarily responsible for driving studio sales and memberships. This role is comprised of 50% sales and 50% studio operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in clients and members
• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
• Implement a sales process to schedule prospects into studio
• Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
• Assist with staff schedule
• Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio
• Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies and studio literature is stocked and visible
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
• Other duties as assigne

Requirements

• 1+ years of fitness sales experience or membership sales preferred
• Confident in generating personal sales
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner
• Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail
• Excellent communication and strong writing and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email
• Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment
• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
