Massage Envy West Jefferson in Fort Wayne is seeking team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and promote Total Body Care. You will be trained in our services and Wellness Program, with opportunities to book future visits and support client education.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; capable of multitasking.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program; book future visits and encourage homecare retail purchases.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls, respond to emails, and address questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach via phone/email.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
