Responsibilities

• Register patients and check-in, collect signatures, and update patient information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and assist with pre-certifications and authorizations.
• Calculate and collect patient liability and explain financial policies.
• Enter payments/charges and reconcile daily transactions.
• Schedule appointments and manage payor-driven sequencing of visits.
• Provide customer-focused service and assist patients and families.
• Respond to requests for medical records in accordance with policy.
• Escort patients and support patient flow as needed.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment with attention to accuracy.
