Job summary

CommWell Health is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to update patient financial data, verify benefits, enter visit charges, and help uninsured individuals access government health insurance.

You will guide outreach to diverse families for enrollment and ensure proper payer sources for visits, contributing to our mission-driven, patient-centered care in rural North Carolina.

Qualifications

• CAC certification obtained prior to November 1st annually, if needed.
• Clean driving record with current NC driver’s license and approval by corporate vehicle insurance vendor for driving privileges.
• HS Diploma/GED required.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• CAC (Certified Applications Counselor) obtained prior to November 1st Annually, if needed.
• Clean driving record with current NC driver’s license and approved by corporate vehicle insurance vendor for driving privileges
• HS Diploma/GED

Preferred:

• Associate degree in a related field
• Three (3) years’ medical, dental, or behavioral health experience
