Job summary

Qualifications

  • Required: RN, LPN, or CMA license or certification, active and in good standing with the State of North Carolina.
  • Graduate of an accredited program.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients across the lifespan.
  • Partner with providers and care teams to ensure seamless, coordinated treatment.
  • Support patients and families in understanding health needs and next steps.
  • Document care accurately using our EHR system.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • RN / LPN / CMA License OR Certification, active and in good standing with the State of North Carolina
  • Graduate of an accredited program
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Valid Driver’s License

Preferred:

  • One (1) year of clinical experience in a primary care, community health, or outpatient setting
  • Experience with underserved or rural populations
  • Familiarity with team-based care or PCMH/PCHH models
