Job summary

CommWell Health in rural North Carolina is seeking a compassionate CNA to deliver high-quality care across the lifespan. You’ll empower families, work with local providers, and contribute to a patient-centered health home that brings quality care close to home.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• CNA Certification, active and in good standing with the State of North Carolina
• Graduate of an accredited program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid Driver’s License

Preferred:

• One (1) year of clinical experience in a primary care, community health, or outpatient setting
• Experience with underserved or rural populations
• Familiarity with team-based care or PCMH/PCHH models
