Optima Medical, an Arizona-based medical group, seeks a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The role involves checking in patients, verifying insurance, collecting balances, and coordinating appointments at our Prescott location.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of medical front office or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with EMR systems. HS diploma or GED required; team-oriented, detail-focused, and multitasking abilities are essential.

Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities

• Verify insurance coverage

Front Desk Receptionist Qualifications
