Job summary

Optima Medical, an Arizona-based medical group, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role handles front desk tasks, verifies insurance, and assists with scheduling and payments across 30 locations.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of medical front office or customer service experience, proficiency with EMR, and a strong communication style. HS diploma or GED is required, and a positive, team-oriented attitude is preferred.
