Job summary

Optima Medical in Arizona is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for patients across our network of locations. The role involves verifying insurance, collecting copays, answering phones, and scheduling appointments to maintain smooth patient flow.

Candidate's experience in medical front office and EMR systems, plus strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork, are essential. HS diploma required.

• 1yr Customer services experience (Required).
• Experience with EMR
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
