Job summary

YMCA of Central Stark County is seeking a Part-Time front desk customer service representative to deliver exceptional service to members, guests and program participants at our Canton, OH facility. You will help ensure safety and assist with member needs.

In this role, you will respond to inquiries, promote memberships and programs, and build relationships that foster a welcoming community. The position offers varied weekday and weekend shifts and opportunities to engage with members daily.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, phone and problem solving skills.
• Previous customer service, sales or related experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Friendly, flexible team player

Responsibilities

• Responds to member and guest needs to aid retention
• Promotes memberships and programs

Rate of Pay

$11.65/hour (Commensurate with experience)

• Part-time staff receive complimentary memberships and discounted rates for child care and most programs.
