YMCA of Central Stark County (Ohio) is seeking a part-time front desk customer service representative to deliver exceptional service to members, guests and program participants. You will ensure safety and contribute to a welcoming environment.

The role involves various weekday shifts, weekends occasionally, and promoting memberships and programs while supporting member connections within the YMCA.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, phone and problem solving skills.
• Previous customer service, sale or related experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fun, friendly and flexible individual.
• Willing to work as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Responds to member and guest needs contributing to member retention.
• Promotes memberships and programs.
• Build relationships with members; helps members connect with one another and the YMCA.
• Circulate throughout building ensuring safety of members and building member relations.

• Part-time staff receive complimentary memberships and discounted rates for child care and most programs.
