Job summary

InReach Rehab is seeking a dependable Front Office Coordinator / Rehab Aide to join our rehabilitation team at Johnson County Healthcare Center in Buffalo, WY. This full-time dual-role position supports a busy clinic, assists therapists, and helps create a positive patient experience.

You will manage scheduling, insurance verification, records, and daily operations while remaining calm and patient-centered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare administration, office coordination, customer service, or therapy support preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Excel and OneDrive.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage patient scheduling and coordinate therapist calendars.
• Assist with check-in, check-out, and insurance verification.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
• Support daily clinic operations, including supply management, documentation, and communication with patients and providers.
• Assist therapists with preparing treatment areas and organizing equipment.
• Assist with patient care activities under the direction of licensed therapists, as appropriate.
• Help maintain cleanliness and readiness of therapy spaces.
• Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure efficient daily operations.
