InReach Rehab is seeking a dependable Front Office Coordinator / Rehab Aide to support Johnson County Healthcare Center in Buffalo, WY. This full‑time dual‑role position combines front desk duties with therapeutic support, helping therapists and ensuring a positive patient experience in a busy clinic.

You will manage patient scheduling, verify insurance, maintain records per HIPAA, and assist with treatment areas under licensed therapists.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in healthcare administration, office coordination, customer service, or therapy support preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced clinical environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and OneDrive.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and patient-centered during busy or stressful situations.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage patient scheduling and coordinate therapist calendars.
• Assist with check-in, check-out, and insurance verification.
• Maintain accurate patient records and HIPAA adherence.
• Support daily clinic operations, including supply management and communication with patients and providers.
