InReach Rehab is seeking a dependable Front Office Coordinator / Rehab Aide to support Winner Regional Health in Winner, South Dakota. The role combines front desk duties with hands-on therapy support to keep the clinic running smoothly.

You will assist therapists, manage patient flow, and help maintain accurate records in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. A teamwork mindset and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare administration or therapy support preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, OneDrive).

Responsibilities
