Carol Stream Park District is seeking a friendly Registration Specialist to greet customers in person and over the phone, assist with registrations, and support daily facility operations.

The role requires strong customer service, cash handling experience, and the ability to work 12–15 hours per week, Monday through Friday afternoons, with weekend availability. Benefit details include gym and park memberships and event perks.

Formación

Salary & Benefits

• - Starting at $16.00/hour - $17.00/hour.

Hours

• - Part-time position (employees do not work more than 1,000 hours in a calendar year).
• - 12-15 hours per week.
• - Hours are Monday through Friday from 1:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., though availability may vary and all five weekdays are not guaranteed.

- Weekend availability is required.

Job Responsibilities

The Carol Stream Park District is looking for friendly people who will enthusiastically greet and welcome customers in person, as well as on the phone; provides high quality customer assistance and support to answer questions, respond to inquiries, as well as assist with registration needs. This individual must be able to work independently withlittle to no assistance and be able to workwell as a team. Duties Include, but are not limited to, servicing customers, filing, collecting admission fees, registering patrons, assisting in the opening and closing of the facility, have the ability toorganize and prioritize a wide range of tasks.
