Job summary

Heartland Imaging Co is seeking a Front Desk Registration/Patient Coordinator for a full-time role at our outpatient imaging center in Louisville, KY. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling check-in to check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and phone support in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a Monday–Friday, 10:30am–7:00pm schedule, full-time status, and comprehensive benefits.

Front Desk Registration/Patient Coordinator - Full-Time

Position Summary:

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be one of the first points of contact for our patients and play an important role in creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out. You’ll support the front desk by assisting with registration, scheduling, insurance verification, phone calls, and other daily patient needs. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, and provides excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment.

Job Details:

• Position Status: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:30am - 7:00pm
• Location: Outpatient Imaging Center in Louisville, KY on Shelbyville Road
