Outpatient Imaging Affiliates, LLC seeks a Patient Coordinator for PRN staffing at our imaging center in Elizabethtown, KY. You will be one of the first contacts for patients, assisting with registration, scheduling, and insurance verification to ensure a smooth visit from check-in to check-out.

The role emphasizes friendly, organized service and strong customer care in a fast-paced outpatient setting while offering flexible shifts and the opportunity to pick up additional hours as needed.

Patient Coordinator - PRN (as needed staffing coverage)

Position Summary:

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be one of the first points of contact for our patients and play an important role in creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out. You’ll support the front desk by assisting with registration, scheduling, insurance verification, phone calls, and other daily patient needs. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, and provides excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment.

Job Details:

• Position Status: PRN
• Schedule: As needed for staffing coverage, with flexibility to pick up shifts based on availability and center needs
• Shift Availability: Day, evening, and weekend shifts available
• Location: Outpatient Imaging Center in Elizabethtown, KY

Requirements

Education:
