Heartland Imaging is seeking a Patient Coordinator - PRN to join our outpatient imaging centers in Louisville, KY. You will be a key contact for patients from check-in to check-out, supporting registration, scheduling, and insurance verification in a fast-paced environment.

Shift options include day, evening, and weekend coverage with the flexibility to pick up shifts at two Louisville locations. Ideal candidates are friendly, organized, and customer-service oriented, with a high school diploma

Qualifications

• Friendly, organized, and provides excellent customer service.
• Front desk support including registration, scheduling and insurance verification.
• Able to handle phone calls and other daily patient needs in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with patient registration and scheduling.
• Verify insurance information and benefits as part of check-in/check-out.
• Answer phones and address patient inquiries; support front desk operations.
• Coordinate with imaging centers in Louisville, KY to cover shifts as needed.

Patient Coordinator - PRN (as needed staffing coverage)

Position Summary:

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be one of the first points of contact for our patients and play an important role in creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out. You'll support the front desk by assisting with registration, scheduling, insurance verification, phone calls, and other daily patient needs. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, and provides excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment.

Job Details:

• Position Status: PRN
• Schedule: As needed for staffing coverage, with flexibility to pick up shifts based on availability and center needs
• Shift Availability: Day, evening, and weekend shifts available
• Location: Opportunity to pick up shifts at either of our outpatient imaging centers in Louisville, KY:
  • 7807 Shelbyville Road
  • 5227 Dixie Highway

Requirements

Education:
