Job summary

Outpatient Diagnostic Center of Alabama is seeking a Front Desk Registration/Patient Coordinator at our Madison imaging center. You will welcome patients, manage efficient check-in/check-out, and assist with scheduling and insurance verification in a friendly, organized team setting.

The role operates Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm. We value excellent customer service in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment and provide comprehensive benefits and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Front desk or patient-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify appointments; manage scheduling.
• Handle insurance verification, phone calls, and daily patient needs.
• Support the front desk from check-in to check-out in a fast-paced imaging environment.

Front Desk Registration/Patient Coordinator - Full-Time

Position Summary:

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be one of the first points of contact for our patients and play an important role in creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out. You’ll support the front desk by assisting with registration, scheduling, insurance verification, phone calls, and other daily patient needs. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, and provides excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment.

Job Details:

• Position Status: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Location: Outpatient Imaging Center in Madison, AL
