Job summary

Heartland Imaging - Louisville & Elizabethtown, KY seeks a Patient Coordinator (PRN) to greet patients and support the front desk from check-in to check-out in a fast-paced outpatient imaging center.

You will assist with registrations, scheduling, insurance verification, and patient needs while staying organized and friendly. Shifts include day, evening, and weekend, with flexible PRN coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in outpatient imaging or healthcare front desk is a plus.

Patient Coordinator - PRN (as needed staffing coverage)

Position Summary:

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be one of the first points of contact for our patients and play an important role in creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out. You’ll support the front desk by assisting with registration, scheduling, insurance verification, phone calls, and other daily patient needs. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, and provides excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment.

Job Details:

• Position Status: PRN
• Schedule: As needed for staffing coverage, with flexibility to pick up shifts based on availability and center needs
• Shift Availability: Day, evening, and weekend shifts available
• Location: Outpatient Imaging Center in Elizabethtown, KY

Requirements
