Job summary

Outpatient Imaging Affiliates, LLC is seeking a friendly Front Desk Registration/Patient Coordinator for the Heartland Imaging Louisville center. You will greet patients, handle check-in/check-out, registration, scheduling, and insurance verification in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or patient registration is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to verify insurance and schedule appointments with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and register them for imaging services.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow at check-in/check-out.
• Verify insurance details and collect/co-ordinate information as needed.
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism.

Front Desk Registration/Patient Coordinator - Full-Time

Position Summary:

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be one of the first points of contact for our patients and play an important role in creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out. You’ll support the front desk by assisting with registration, scheduling, insurance verification, phone calls, and other daily patient needs. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, and provides excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment.

Job Details:

• Position Status: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:30am - 7:00pm
• Location: Outpatient Imaging Center in Louisville, KY on Shelbyville Road
