Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and manage front-desk operations.
• Maintain organized patient records and schedule flow.
• Answer and screen incoming calls according to protocol.
• Assist with insurance information and documentation as needed.
• Provide customers with basic and accurate information.
• Schedule appointments and follow-up visits.
• Keep reception area tidy and stocked with supplies.
• Process mail and deliveries and monitor office inventories.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training.
