Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact, greet customers, and set a positive tone for every interaction.

The position involves coordinating front desk activities, directing VIPs, and supporting the sales team with timely information and excellent service. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, prior customer service experience, and strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers.
• Greet and assist customers, setting a positive tone.
• Direct VIP appointments and guide customers to the appropriate team members.
• Answer and route inbound phone calls and manage front desk activities.
• Record and track calls in the CRM system.
• Support customers with inquiries at the reception desk.
