Job summary

Camping World seeks aReceptionist to act as the first point of contact for customers and set a welcoming tone at the front desk. You will greet guests, answer calls, and direct them to the right team member, contributing to a positive customer experience.

You will support VIP check-ins, manage CRM notes, and handle multiple desk tasks with a strong work ethic. Prior customer service experience and MS Office proficiency are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to take initiative and lead when needed.
• Reliable team member with strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Proficient with MS Office; comfortable handling CRM tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for customers and greet them warmly.
• Set a positive tone and direct customers to the appropriate team.
• Check in VIP appointments and coordinate front desk activities.
• Answer and route incoming phone calls and manage CRM notes.
• Assist customers with questions and maintain professional reception duties.
