Cascade Spine Center in Tualatin, OR is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. You will greet patients, manage check-in, collect payments, and support the office with accurate demographics and scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in health care office.
• Medical terminology preferred.
• Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment.
• Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Admit patients and process paperwork.
• Update patient demographics in the system.
• Collect balances due and document in billing system.
• Handle funds per office procedure.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with chart prep.
• Coordinate scheduling for procedures and anesthesia coverage.
• May float to other locations for staff coverage.
• Must be reliable, dedicated, personable, professional and have a strong attention to detail.
