We are seeking a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing med spa team. This dual-role position not only ensures an exceptional client experience at the front desk but also supports our brand presence by assisting with social media content creation and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Client Relations:

  • Greet clients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment
  • Manage appointments via phone, email, and booking system
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing
  • Answer client inquiries regarding services, products, and scheduling
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality
  • Assist with inventory tracking and ordering supplies
  • Help with daily reports, filing, and general office tasks

Social Media & Marketing Assistance:

  • Collaborate with management to plan and schedule social media content
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content, treatment highlights, and seasonal promotions
  • Write captions, research hashtags, and engage with online followers
  • Track performance of posts and help brainstorm new marketing ideas
  • Assist in email marketing and promotional campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role (preferably in a spa, salon, or medical office)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Canva or similar platforms
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., Vagaro, MindBody, or similar) a plus
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in beauty, wellness, or healthcare environments
  • Interest or background in marketing, social media, or digital content creation
