Introduction

The Lodge Nursing & Rehab is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team and provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors. The Receptionist will manage the front desk, answer and route calls, and handle various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk, greet clients and visitors, and direct them appropriately.
  • Answer and route calls, take messages, and transfer calls as needed.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing mail and packages, and maintaining records.
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist clients and visitors with questions and needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
