**Job Description**

The Front Desk Receptionist welcomes and accommodates guests and staff in an efficient and friendly manner. Answers external and internal telephone calls, taking and delivering messages as needed.

**COMPENSATION:** The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 to $28.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

There is no predetermined application window for this position; the position will close once a qualified candidate is selected. **Job Responsibilities**

  1. Display a working knowledge of emergency procedures after training to ensure employee and guest safety.
  2. Utilize the radio/paging internal communication system used throughout the facility.
  3. Perform registration functions, including managing conference/meeting attendee lists for security, printing name badges and tents, and printing daily meeting/event lists for the front desk and security.
  4. Welcome and check in visitors.
  5. Confirm meetings and headcounts as needed.
  6. Greet and escort visitors as needed.
  7. Update data boards with meeting information and announcements.
  8. Restock business center supplies and meeting room caddy supplies, notifying management when orders are needed.
  9. Operate proper telephone service techniques.
  10. Handle Aramark and meeting attendee mail, messages, and special deliveries.
  11. Assist guests as needed.
  12. Support financial and reporting tasks.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  14. Participate actively in training programs as directed by the manager.

**Qualifications**

  • Minimum of two years' experience in customer service.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings, based on meeting demands.
  • Strong reading and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to clearly speak English.
  • Strong computer/Microsoft Office skills.
  • Driver's License.
