Description

Starting Pay: $25-27

Shift: 1st Shift

Chinese Bilingual Required

Responsibilities:

  1. Receives incoming calls and routes accordingly.
  2. Greets and assists corporate visitors (customers, clients, vendors, employees, public guests, and applicants) while exercising tact to maintain good relations and a positive professional image.
  3. Provides general information and direction to potential candidates/applicants in person and over the phone.
  4. Issues visitor passes to guests who will be accompanied by an employee beyond the reception area.
  5. Uses discretion and interpretive judgment in frequent contact with the public.
  6. Operates paging system and two-way radios.
  7. Performs clerical support functions including data entry, file maintenance, and other duties as requested.
  8. Conducts yourself and ensures your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and standards of conduct.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Years of Related Experience: Typically 0-3 years.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Basic proficiency in Windows environment, including Microsoft Office and Outlook; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interpret customer needs; courtesy and tact when dealing with customers; professional appearance; understanding of company's structure and operations.
