Front Desk Attendant - TownePlace Suites by Marriott, Westport, MA

Join our team at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott, Westport as a part-time Front Desk Attendant.

Pay: $15-$17 per hour
Shift: Part-time
Schedule: 1-2 Day Shifts & 1-2 Overnight Shifts (must have weekend availability)

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor with guests
  2. Check guests in and out, ensure proper payment, note and fulfill special requests, and record accurate information
  3. Answer phones professionally and helpfully
  4. Post charges and settle guest accounts following procedures
  5. Resolve guest issues to increase satisfaction
  6. Know emergency procedures and hotel policies
  7. Be punctual for scheduled shifts
Requirements:
  • Customer service experience
  • Hotel Marriott experience is a plus but not required
