Description

Job Summary: The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for performing general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mail distribution and filing. Coordinates and maintains records for staff office space, phones, company credit cards, and office keys. Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft Office by performing the following duties.

Job Responsibilities: Including but not limited to

  • Provides general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to management.
  • Manage the corporate office lobby area.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Greet and direct all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers.
  • Ensures completions of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures.
  • Complete tasks and projects assigned by Executive Assistant to the CEO.
  • Complete administrative projects, as well as additional work from other office assistants.
  • Process incoming mail and office deliveries.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence including memos, letters and forms.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned including word processing, data entry and other research tasks.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Manage office supply orders and inventory for the main office.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of experience in a recruiting or human resources role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects, as well as strong, follow-through skills.
  • Ability to complete projects timely and accurately.
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
