AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a bilingual Front Desk Sales & Customer Service representative for our healthcare client network in Ventura County. The role requires English/Spanish fluency, friendly demeanor, and strong communication to greet patients, schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and explain services.

You will support multiple clinics across Ventura, Oxnard, and Port Hueneme, with weekend shifts and a flexible schedule.

Job description

Are you bilingual in English and Spanish, outgoing, friendly, and great with people? We are looking for a motivated Front Desk Sales & Customer Service.

Schedule 5 days per week. Weekend availability is required — Saturday and Sunday. Employees will have 2 weekdays off, with the specific days discussed and determined between the candidate and management. Clinic hours are generally: Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM; Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM. Must be flexible to work at Ventura, Oxnard, and Port Hueneme locations as needed.

Representative to join a growing healthcare organization and support multiple chiropractic clinic locations throughout Ventura County.

Recent graduates are encouraged to apply! We are looking for candidates who are career-minded, dependable, and interested in a long-term opportunity. Candidates should have a consistent work or education history with no significant unexplained gaps.

What You’ll Do
