Job summary

R360 Environmental Solutions, a Waste Connections company, has a Receiver/Admin position at the Buchanan Facility in Midland, TX. You will be the first contact for drivers, providing excellent customer service while performing data entry and light computer work.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and capable of handling fast-paced environments. This is a full-time on-site role offering benefits such as 401k, paid vacation, and health insurance, with a 14 days on/7 days off rotation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to type and 10 key by touch.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check in all visitors.
• Receive paperwork/manifest.
• Review information and make sure everything is filled out.
• Look to verify information from state website.
• Input the information into the database.
• Direct the Driver to the next spot.
• Keep up with the Volume Report.
• Answer the phones.
• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.
