Job summary

R360 Environmental Solutions, a Waste Connections company, is hiring a Receiver/Admin for the Halfway Facility between Carlsbad and Hobbs, NM. This full-time role begins as the first point of contact for drivers, handling basic data entry and customer service.

The ideal candidate will be organized with strong communication skills, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Benefits include 401k, paid vacation and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Typing and 10-key by touch abilities are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Check in all visitors.
• Receive paperwork/manifest and review information.
• Verify information against state website.
• Enter data into the database.
• Direct drivers to the next station.
• Maintain the Volume Report.
• Answer incoming calls.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

R360 Environmental Solutions; a Waste Connections company, is the nation’s leading environmental oilfield waste management provider, R360 has the resources to offer superior reliability and results to customers across the country.

We currently have a position available for a Receiver/Admin at our Halfway Facility, located halfway between Carlsbad, NM and Hobbs, NM.

In this position you will be the first point of contact for the Drivers. While providing excellent customer service you will be doing basic data entry and computer work. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, good computer skills, be very organized, and have excellent customer service skills. This is a full time position, offering great family benefits, such as 401k, paid vacation and health insurance. This will be a 6 days on 3 days off schedule, from 5:30am to 5:30pm. For Night Shift it will be 5:30pm to 5:30am.

Pay Range: $21-$23/hr. DOE + a $2 Shift Differential Pay for the Night Shift.

Job Responsibilities And Duties

• Check in all visitors
• Receive paperwork/manifest
• Review information and make sure everything is filled out
• Look to verify information from state website
• Input the information into the database
• Direct the Driver to the next spot
• Keep up with the Volume Report
• Answer the phones
• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned
