Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Warm Welcome: Greet, register, issue room keys, and assist guests to ensure an exceptional arrival and departure experience.
• Guest Service: Answer and transfer calls promptly and politely to maintain top-tier service.
• Attention to Detail: Monitor lobby, maintain front desk records, and process reports and invoices.
• Positive Energy: Maintain an upbeat attitude and contribute to a fun, energetic team culture.
• Problem Solving: Listen effectively to resolve guest concerns quickly, in person and on the phone.
