Springhill by Marriott Hotel in Bettendorf is looking for a part timefront desk agent.

This part-time front desk position consists of variable shifts including weekends. If you're ready to be part of the excitement and make a difference in every guest's stay, we'd love to meet you!

What duties does the Front Desk Agent perform:

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for answering phones, taking guest reservations, performing check-ins and check-outs, answering questions about the hotel and area, along with handling and resolving guest complaints.
