Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to patients, families, and community partners.
• Schedule appointments, confirm visits, and manage patient flow using EHR systems.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
• Assist patients with registration, forms, and understanding visit requirements.
• Communicate clearly via phone and in person, routing messages appropriately.
• Collect and reconcile payments, co-pays, and cash drawer transactions.
