Job summary

MyCHN (Community Health Network) in Texas is seeking a Patient Services Specialist Floater to join our frontline team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, delivering friendly service and guiding them through registration, scheduling, and payments in a fast-paced front office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments, confirm visits, and manage patient flow using EHR systems.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
• Assist patients with registration, forms, and understanding visit requirements.
• Communicate clearly via phone and in person, routing messages appropriately.
• Collect and reconcile payments, co-pays, and cash drawer transactions.
• Address patient concerns with professionalism and escalate when needed.
