Forefront Dermatology is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative for our Chelsea clinic. You will manage patient check-in, verify insurance, operate a multi-line phone system, and maintain medical records while handling co-pays and payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years medical office experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Open and close clinic duties.
• Greet patients and check in; verify insurance.
• Scan documents into EHR.
• Maintain waiting area and reception area tidy.
• Check schedules for added, canceled and no-show appointments.
• Schedule follow-up appointments as needed.
• Respond to tasks in the EHR.
• Order clinic office supplies.
• Sell and track cosmetic products.
• Distribute mail.
• Prepare for next day’s appointments.
