Responsibilities

• Update patient information, including contact and insurance.
• Schedule appointments in the EMR.
• Post charges and payments at checkout.
• Balance daily transactions and monitor balances.
• Maintain waiting area order and HIPAA compliance.
• Support accreditation and front office operations.
